Did you know that women are half as likely as men to receive appropriate care - and twice as likely to die - after a heart attack?

From women being excluded from medical research, to the under-diagnosis of women’s diseases, to women’s pain routinely being dismissed - the gender bias in medicine puts women’s lives at risk and diminishes our quality of life.

Anecdotal explores how the medical establishment underserves women, and encourages every woman to get informed, listen to her body, and advocate for her health outcomes.
